Once you have accepted our quotation, you will be assigned an Express Utilities project manager. They will co-ordinate the design, planning and installation of all the utility networks to ensure connections are timed to fit with your construction schedule.

Express Utilities Technical Guidelines Documents
Please take time to download and read the information in our Technical Guidelines Documents. They contain all the information you need to make sure that your site is ready for the installation of the utilities. It covers important safety aspects and details both how Express Utilities will undertake the work and your responsibilities. Reviewing the relevant technical guidelines is extremely important. If a site is not prepared appropriately, delays in delivery can occur. All assets we construct are owned and operated by our parent company under an Ofgem licence.

Our guaranteed 10-day call-off period for new service connections has significantly improved our lead times, and ensures we are able to complete works quickly and efficiently. With our single supplier solutions you can call off all of the required utilities at the same time.
